Thinking it’s a regular massage and it wasn’t. She pin point your issues from a quick exam and concentrated on the bad area. It was the best treatment I have received in a long time. I was so amazed and will be coming back on a regular basis Thank you!

There is much to say in response to such a poor review other than it's totally out of context. Although we are sorry that your experience was not as you would have liked to be, you neither bought a sports massage or a form of deep tissue massage. You bought a form of massage where light force is used to stimulate your muscle spindle cells and reset muscle tone. In fact, deep pressure would be down right cruel in this type of massage as our force application is at the tendon-bone interface (not the belly of the muscle) and would stimulate your pain receptors. This form of massage is based upon a thorough assessment of your specific movement patterns so that we don't guess where you are tight and restricted and so we can be as specific as possible in our treatments. This was explained to you. There are scores of different massage techniques out there. I suggest the next time you get a massage that you buy a deep tissue massage if you want a more intense pressure. And to be fully transparent, we gave you exceptional customer service as you did not show up for, cancel or reschedule your original appointment, yet we allowed you to rebook with us free of charge.

Super knowledgeable. I went in limping with a sprained knee and walked right on out an hour later.
