Tucked away beside the Fraser River in historic Steveston Village, Kove Kitchen serves casual food that's anything but basic. Burger patties are ground in-house from AAA beef before being charbroiled and served on German pretzel buns, and arrive topped with everything from applewood smoked cheddar to truffle aioli. Traditional bangers and mash receives a gourmet twist thanks to wild boar brats, and bolognese sauce is whipped up from spinach, chorizo, and beef before being added to tagliatelle pasta. Even appetizers sport decadent upgrades—take the butter chicken poutine, for instance, which tops fries with the restaurant's special recipe poultry. Guests can enjoy the second floor waterview and dockside patio, or enjoy a beverage from the extensive craft and belgian beer list in the four-screen sport lounge.
