If you are a beginner and using the Innsbrook location, go to Mike's class first! I went to the free class they offered and it was way too advanced for me. I did a little research and found that Mike is the way to go for people just starting spin classes. I wish I known that in advance! Staff and instructors have been very pleasant and friendly both times I've been now.
