Love love this office 💓 The best service always 💓

My experience with Hayan Dental has been nothing short of unprofessional and negligent. In April 2021, I purchased 2 implants and began treatment w/Dr. Kim. I had concerns about the placement of the implants but he assured me it was fine so we proceeded. In December 2021, he placed crowns that were the wrong color and looked nothing like my natural teeth. Dr. Kim gave me a mirror and I immediately said they obviously don’t match and he said they were fine. After some discussion, he agreed to send them back to the lab for adjustments. This process happened 2 more times w/ him getting increasingly hostile while the crowns never improved. He then asked me to wear the crowns for 3 mos and I acquiesced to try to keep things amicable. He said if I wasn’t happy in 3 mos, he’d make new crowns. Went home and was in alot of pain, couldn’t chew on the crowns and woke up w/ a large abscess on my gum where it rubbed. At this time, I also noticed I could see the gray implants through my gums and was told he could fix it w/gum grafting for another $600. I paid and that procedure has never been completed. Three months later I was again met w/ hostility when I told him the crowns were not acceptable. He took me outside w/ a mirror and told me to choose the color to which I stated, I'm not a dentist. He then walked into his office and as I followed thinking we weren’t done, he shut the door in my face. On 9/27/22, he placed the second crowns and immediately said "too tight" and pulled them out. He spent 15 minutes trying to adjust them, then put them in and said he was cementing them down. I stopped him and said they felt too big, were very uncomfortable and impeding my speech. I told him to use temporary cement so I could see how they felt over a few days. Got home and was in excruciating pain in my jaw, gums and under my tongue.The next evening I texted saying I needed to see the doctor again. The response I got was that I only needed meds for pain. I said this isn’t something meds can fix because it’s a FIT issue. No response. Spoke to the office manager on 9/30 and was told she’d talk to Dr. Kim and get back to me, never heard from her. Texted on 10/3 & 10/4, ignored again. Left a VM on 10/5 again saying I need to see the doctor and received a text the next day saying we offered you medication and you refused. Now, I’m mad bc they’re actively ignoring my attempts to see the doctor and I’m still in alot of pain. I called 2 more times right after she texted me and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I texted that this behavior is not acceptable from a medical office and was sent a picture saying, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL. I was shocked and said I already paid for services and refusing me is a breach of contract. I demanded they contact me to negotiate a reimbursement so I could go to a dentist who WOULD finish the job. That was also ignored. Bottom, Dr. Kim is not trustworthy and doesn't care if his work is poor quality, he just expects you to accept whatever shoddy work is put in your mouth and go away.
