AWFUL customer service! The groupon expired and I just wanted to use the cash value but the lady there was so rude and awful. She was literally yelling and I had to ask her to lower her voice. It was clear she didn't want me to use the groupon, if businesses aren't open to the concept of groupon, they shouldn't be offering it. Just overall a terrible experience. Be very careful to tell them ahead of time you're using the groupon. I will not be back.
