The checkout process is convoluted and forces you to sign up for an account that, quite frankly, I will never use again. The website is terribly cluttered to navigate, I had to click "buy" twice because of an error that makes me wonder if Ill get charged twice, and my confirmation page never loaded. If it weren't for an email confirmation, I wouldn't have known if it went through. What's more, I've been eyeing the same item for awhile, and I noticed that stock never replenishes... so why would I come back?

Item requested was out of stock and I had a lot of difficulty with them honoring my Groupon. At this point I can't even remember if I ever was able to redeem it, because they were such a hassle to work with. I do not plan on giving them any business in the future...and I have six dogs.
