About Crust Rockville

The cooks at Crust hand toss the dough for their New York–style pizzas fresh for each order. They top their signature hand-spun pies such as the Crust Brooklyn Bridge with sliced italian link sausage, grilled onions, peppers, and housemade tomato sauce. The creative eggplant pizza comes adorned with fried eggplant, marinara sauce, and ricotta cheese. Additional Italian-style entrees include the Pasta a la Crust—baked ziti in marinara sauce with ricotta and mozzarella cheese, and veal parmigiana served over capellini.
