I had a great experience. They communicated well and did walls and ceilings. We were very happy!

Well it’s been a long time since I had a good Contractor/Painter. I have to admit, they did a GREAT Job. I didn’t expect the owner to be one of the two guys paint, but he was. They showed up on time, started prepping by covering my belongings, and went straight to work painting. No shortcuts, no talking on cellphones, no rush job either. Best part, HONEST workers, clean and DONE in a day.

We use Chief painters and the paint job itself was very neat; however, we were perplexed by the color on the wall as the color was kinda off. My husband asked the painter (who by the way is only a day laborer for the owner of the company by his own admission) if he had stirred the paint before applying and he said no because we didn't supply the stick for stirring the paint. Also, we paid an additional 360.00 to paint the doors and trim and one of the doors was not painted and when we asked the day laborer why? he said because the door was a natural color the owner told him not to paint it?? also we had scheduling issues. We schedule a day with the owner but the girl in the office scheduled him for another job so we were put off for another 6 days. Overall the job was neat and the painters left everything clean but because of logistics and the fact that we provided everything that we were told to provide (we were not told to provide a stick for the painters to stir the paint) I can only give them 3 stars. The painters were not professional painters but day laborers albeit they did a decent job.
