I received this Groupon from my family for Mothers Day. I have had a few professional massages over the years but never consistently. Sacred Spirit’s website was easy to navigate and I appreciate that there was availability on Sundays. I booked my massage about 3 weeks ahead and received multiple reminders ahead of time. Directions to the location were straightforward. On the day of my massage, JC communicated a slight delay, she still showed up on time. There are other business in the same complex as Sacred Spirit. The room was cozy with soothing soundscape, lighting and decor. I filled out a standard intake form and included information about preferred massage type, pressure, and focus areas. JC gave the best massage I’ve ever gotten. She used aromatherapy, hot stones, and cupping (which I had never experienced before and was pleasantly surprised with). JC used the right amount of pressure and seemed very knowledgeable based on how she was feeling for the spots where my muscles were tight. I was so relaxed that may or may not have fallen asleep hehe… I already have several people in mind to refer to JC. Go see her, she knows her stuff!

Jacklyn can really get in there and work out the knots, and she can also go lighter if that is your preference. The therapeutic massage left me feeling like a relaxed ragdoll afterward. I would highly recommend her.
