About Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia Alpharetta

Claudia's aesthetician training began miles away from Charleston in her native country of Brazil, where she studied Health Education at Anhembi University and worked at spas throughout São Paulo. She brings her firsthand expertise in Brazilian waxing and beauty treatments to each of her five spas, administering a variety of waxing services along with various body treatments, facials, and massages. She and her fellow aestheticians also offer threading and sugaring treatments that remove hair without relying on wax. Her passions have driven her to open a network of spas located in North Charleston, James Island, Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, and Columbia.

The receptionist was wonderful! I really appreciated everything she did in setting up my appointment and making me feel comfortable. The experience of the yoni steam was awful bc the Brazilian lady who set it up made it TOOOOOOOO hot and basically didn’t want to take responsibility for it; she left the water boiling instead of turning it off which she didn’t do until my 4th complaint. Never again!
