While I didn't have any problem with the service except for appts were hard to get. As an RN myself, I think there is a moral and ethical dilemma in asking for a tip for the service the RN performs. It is your Dr asking for a tip after an office visit.

Im sorry you feel that way but it is not a doctors office to treat a condition, it is a MEDICAL SPA for services similar to beauty industry like facials or lasers where tips are customary. Additionallty, nobody asked for a tip, the credit card machine just has an option on there if someone would like to leave one, however there is no obligation.

I’m happy with the results, but only 2 stars for the service. I texted on my way to say I might be late because of a car accident. She said if I didn’t show within 15mins she might not be able to see me. I got there within the specified window & she asked me to take a seat. I then waited OVER 45 minutes while she finished with another client. She could’ve said something, but instead I was ignored.

I do botox patients while filler patients are numbing, so if you dont arrive in time to do it in that window and come in middle of a filler then u have to wait till I finish a filler until the next window. And often then there is another botox booked so I wont be able to see you if you're late. I was nice enough to still see you even though you were late and you want to leave me 2 stars surpirses me. I let u know to wait there & I would get u when done, not sure what else u wanted me to say?
