The Balcones/2222 location has improved 100% in front desk efficiency since I was last there. Their phlebotomists have always been excellent, but their receptionists were often less than stellar. This was NOT the case on my last visit - I am happy to report that all staff members were extremely pleasant / friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The technicians at ANy LAb TEst Now on Slaghter Ln in Austin, TX are always friendly and profesional. I have worked with Danielle and Dora (?) are a pleaseure to receive B12 shots from, and I hate shots. I have recommended ALTN to others. Thank you! KElly

I got the basic check package for my husband and myself. I got this groupon a while ago, so I forgot that blood pressure check was included. Nobody mentioned it. They entered the wrong birth date for me and the wrong email address for my husband, so it was a pain to see our results. I had to call several times and leave a message, they never called back. I needed an additional test, so I called to ask for the price. They didn't know and couldn't find it right away, so, they were going to call me back. Nobody ever did. I went to another lab. I definitely will never use Any Lab Test Now again.
