Communication NOT. Initial appointment I thought was booked was not went there only to find out I wasted my time driving there and gas. The lady there booked me on the spot with her. She was amazing. i wish I hremembered her name 5 stars. Had knee replacement told no problem on time delay on my return only to be asked 2 pay additional $'s. I scheduled with European wax after 1st text response.

Alexis is was great! Professional, friendly and fast! I got this Groupon because my usual wax lady had a baby and I needed someone in the meantime. I feel guilty now because I think I might switch over permanently. They also had great communication with text updates about my appointment.
