Facial was rough,she broke one of my earrings so I held in my hand the whole apt.I triple checked all my other earrings were still in place, they were. Right after apt they called me to leave a tip, weird but ok, this is when i realized my other earring was missing. Went back to them to ask if they seen it. They started yelling at me n saying i was lying n i didnt even have it on. Super rude
