Facial was rough,she broke one of my earrings so I held in my hand the whole apt.I triple checked all my other earrings were still in place, they were. Right after apt they called me to leave a tip, weird but ok, this is when i realized my other earring was missing. Went back to them to ask if they seen it. They started yelling at me n saying i was lying n i didnt even have it on. Super rude

Came here for tattoo removal and it was an overl great experience. The staff was nice and friendly, they explain the process and after care. I would come back again.
