We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed and would like to clarify a few things. All new clients at Perfections Body Sculpt receive a required consultation where we discuss your goals. We may suggest an upgrade or alternate treatment only if it better suits your needs, but it is always 100% your choice. We encourage clients to take time before making a decision, and we provide clear guidance and documentation—including a six-month usage window outlined in the financial agreement. As for our location, we moved from Plano to Rowlett, Texas, nearly 18 months ago. All 5,000+ clients in our database were notified of this change via email and text, and our current address is clearly listed on our website and appointment reminders. We also send automated appointment confirmations three days before, two days before, and the day of each visit to help clients stay on track. We’ve proudly served the DFW area for almost 14 years with a 4.9-star rating, and customer service remains our top priority.
