No longer Aveda, was Aveda when I purchased. I was told they changed in October 25. I did not know and only found out because my face was burning and continued to for 24 hours. The student was nice & professional but I believe she got thrown off by my skins reaction so forgot to steam (I never had it) and also to extract until I reminded her. I tipped her nicely, not really her fault and she was trying to soothe my red burning skin with leftover Aveda products. A different new product caused a tickle in my throat, the new line has strong scents (they smelled good to me but didn’t agree with me). I have had facials here and elsewhere and NEVER had this experience. I was friendly to the staff as they were to me but the teacher basically told me their products were not for me which I agree. Eminence is the new product line & many like it so just be careful.
