The massage lady was by herself. She got me in the room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She has VERY hard hands! If you like it hard and rough she would be good for you. The hot stones felt like fire 🔥 It hurt really bad at first and then it cooled down. I left that place in more pain than what I came in with. I kept asking her to massage my shoulders and neck where most of my pain was and she never touched it. I will not be going back to this place. My sister who came with me to get a massage as well ended up having to reschedule because the lady was trying to juggle several people at once. Which cannot be done with a full body massage.

Hi Robin! I am so sorry about your experience. We have three massage therapist. First name is Angel Second name is Lisa Third name is Nana. You said you booked appointment but I didn’t find your name nor your sister name in our appointment system. We don’t let client wait 45 min if they booked appointment. Before we star session we always ask Client what kind pressure you looking for soft medium or hard! During the session we ask client how is the pressure. We are all trained and licensed. We put stone on the towel let stone cooling down to warm first and then we will use on client body. Can you call our office directly phone line to talk with manager to see do you post wrong review? WE NEVER REDEEMED IT. I WAS GOING TO EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE WE HAD UNTIL JUNE TO USE IT! DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED??
