Cartech receptionist Sosa and Technicians did everything as promised in the Groupon and more. When I got up to find water, Sosa excused himself and went to the store to buy Water bottles. He offered to all customers in waiting room. They are real polite, give you true estimates for your car and do exactly what they promised. Thanks Sosa and CarTech. We will be back for sure.

The groupon said the discount was from $107.00 down to $70. But the shop tacked on $34 in extra charges for a total of $104, so hardly a good deal.. Also was told it would take 35min when I made the appt. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes and there was 1 other customer during the time I was there. Then I get home and find oily handprints across my custom lower skidplate that I have to wash myself now... Not good!

These people are scammers in my opinion, they didn’t change oil for me, they just drove. My car to the back of the building, parked my car in a cramped space, they are not equipped to do professionally oil change or any mechanical services, I believe they just parked my car there and claimed that work was done, I took pictures secretly to prove it, they also added another $20.10 to my bill without my consent
