Right after buying the Groupon, I called to scheduled an appt and was informed the owner had sold the business. I provided my number for current owner to pass on to new owner. New owner said he would get me in on Thursday morning. However, he showed up the next day on Tuesday morning. I paid for 3 rooms, only had him do 2 rooms because I wasn't prepared due to the scheduling mishap and he insisted on charging me an additional $20 because he said my area was heavily used. He also said the previous owner wasn't charging enough. There was so much excess water on my tile around the carpet I had to mop as soon as he left. I will not do another carpet Groupon. I felt scammed.

My carpet was wet for a week. Like walking on a swamp. Obviously, the carpet did not stay clean. Total waste of money.
