The thing was broken. It had me pull in. Put soap on my car. Then it said back up and kept flashing back up. Then I backed up out of the wash and when I drove back in. It made one pass and kept flashing back up. Maybe it was having issues.

Car wash wasn't in operational order on several occasions. Ended up having to forfeit part of the package. Out of 13 attempts, it was operational on two.

There wasn't any soap used, it was plain water. My truck looked worse than it did before getting it washed. I am very disappointed, I will never go there again after I use my 2 washes left on voucher.
