Hot Box Cookies, Saint Louis

Placed order, called to follow up when it still hadn't been delivered a hour and a half later. I was told it was on its way. Two hours later still nothing, called and canceled order

Well these cookies are usually a highlight but this time they were a little under cooked. The delivery driver didn't come in he sat in his car.Not happy this round. Maybe next time service will be better.

Cookies warm when received.

Not as good as usual. Delivery too long and cookies were barely warm. They lacked their usual crisp texture. Very soft/chewy my favorite cookies.
