Cerena is very patient and thorough. My brows turned out well but it took three visits, although one of my brows is already fading so I will have to go a fourth time. I do not think this is her fault---I think it is my skin. She has not charged me for extra visits which is very fair on her part.

I felt this type of lash did not work for me. Overall I had a good experience at the salon, although a cleaner look (such as swept floors) would raise my grade.

My "facial" consisted of the aesthetician putting 3-4 different face masks on my face, letting each sit for 10 minutes. No exfoliating, extractions, or advice for my problem areas. In fact, she didn't ask a single question about my skin or my concerns.
