Live True Yoga, Saint Michael

The instructors at Live True Yoga have two important things in common: they are all deeply passionate about yoga, and they all took unique paths to discovering that passion. The Live True studio certainly reflects that diversity: classes here come with an innate understanding that everyone turns to yoga for different reasons. With that in mind, the staff goes to great lengths to create a warm, inviting environment, all while sticking to the studio's philosophy of "Keep it simple. Less is more." The schedule features classes for all levels of Barre, yoga, and Pilates, plus special offerings like SUP yoga and a tween and teen yoga series.
