Here, clients actually self-administer many of their own treatments using automated machines that can do everything from massage sore muscles to hydrate the skin.

The Hydration Station is a pod-like unit that encloses the body from the shoulders down, moisturizing the skin with vitamin-infused steam that may help boost collagen production. There's also beds for hydro-massage and red-light therapy, the latter of which may boost blood flow and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The spa even provides tanning services in the form of UV beds and California Tan airbrush sessions.
