They replaced my screen and it messed up the brightness on my phone. They said they ordered me another screen but when my husband went it for our appointment they had sold my screen to someone else The problem is still not resolved and am not happy

I bought the groupon because I had a cracked screen. I tried calling Salem Wireless immediately. The person answering the phone had no knowledge of the Groupon. I left a messaging asking the owner to call back. That was a Thursday. I tried again Friday. I tried over the weekend. I left a text message. Finally heard back on Monday. I made arrangements to bring the iPad to the shop. The drive is 45 mins one way. I got to the shop only to learn I had an iPad Air. Okay, that part was my fault. We agreed that he would order the proper screen, I would return, and I would pay an additional $10. Okay, I thought reasonable at that point and was willing to put aside my frustration/annoyance at not hearing from Thursday to Monday. Today, I took my iPad in. Dropped it off. Found something to do for 1 hour. Returned to see my iPad with masking tape all around the edges and told that the home button would no longer work. Something to do with changing the glass. No mention previously. Was told a part would have to be ordered. The implication was that I'd pay for the part and pay for the service. Of course, it definitely meant a 3rd trip, 45 mins. one way. After I voiced my frustration, he said I never said you had to pay for the part. I said it was implied. But regardless, I could not/would not return a third time. I now have a relatively useless iPad. It cost me $99 to get it to this point. When the screen was cracked, it was still usable. Very, very unhappy. Let the buyer beware.
