If it is too expensive for you to put enough cashews in cashew chicken, raise the price a little and put more in. We could hardly find any cashews in the meal and were told they are too expensive. We were also told we could ask for extra next time, but we may have to pay extra. Just put them in from the start and increase the price. I'd rather pay a little more and be happy with the dish.

Restaurant and restrooms were very dirty and in need of serious cleaning and maintenance! We have dined at Red Maple a number of times before but after this visit seriously question going back again. Our table was dirty when we were seated and we had to ask twice to have the table wiped off. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Maybe invest just a little more money in making the interior a bit nicer. Your food is seriously the BEST ...and your decor should match the quality of the food :) ...but then, if that makes the prices go up a lot, then maybe nevermind :)
