Wonderful experience, very relaxing and the therapists did a fantastic job with providing head spa treatment with a facial. The facial was a double cleanse with lymphatic drainage and then a face mask.

Terrible! They did a poor job and then when I didn’t tip her, she demanded a tip!! I can’t believe what has happened to Customer Service. The nervous of someone telling me I have to pay a tip before I leave!
