New to indoor cycling need not worry—no previous experience is necessary and the staff is here to help adjust a personalized fitness level by fixing the right tension in the flywheel and the cadence of the cycle. Offering low-impact, high-performance workouts, indoor cycling is effective in burning as much as 400–800 calories per class, improving cardiovascular endurance, and building strength.
