Encino Family Dentistry Cosmetic & Implant Center, San Antonio

The staff is very friendly, the male Dr. O is whom I saw and he was friendly also and both he and the hygenist listened to my concerns and worked with those accordingly. Very nice office and TVs for patients and I even got a follow-up call the next day from the office and I only went in for the cleaning/exam pkg. Top class office.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Went in for a routine check up to find a minor cavity which to my surprise was scheduled a follow up within the same week. All of my issues solved within a week. If only all businesses could operate like this. I will be back for another follow up this year for simple routine cleaning. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

A very clean and professional environment. The Dentist was very thorough and knowledgeable and had a great sense of kindness and empathy to his patient. The 1 star downgrade was due the management of patients being a little disconnected. My wife and I paid for the deluxe package which was to include a fluoride treatment. Neither of us ever received this treatment. We did not realize it until later in the day. Also my teeth were polished prior to my dental exam and cleaning. That is not what I have come to expect. Final comment, the patient tv is nice but ASK the patient if that is desirable. I sat in the chair for over 30 minutes waiting for my dentist and did not have a remote to shut it off or any opportunity to ask anyone until the dentist arrived and asked him to do so. Bottom line is that I would highly recommend anyone to see this dentist but make sure that the tail does not wag the dog and be more aware and assertive with the office staff.
