The level of attention paid to customers concerns as well as their goals. I build a relationship with clients aimed at helping them achieve their goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I make the atmosphere positive and motivating. I also keep workouts fresh and entertaining to provide an engaged experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Having personally wasted thousands on personal training programs that yielded little to no results, I wanted to provide a quality and cost friendly training experience that really helped and empowered people. More quality for the cost.

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with and empowering people to become the best version of themselves. I get a sense of fulfillment from seeing my clients achieve their goals and gain more confidence.
