HI, My husband and I purchased this Groupon but we notified them that we were unable to make the class and re-scheduled. They said that's fine and that the coupon never expired. They are never re-scheduled and they are no classes available in San Diego again after last year. they only offer the class one time. we still waiting for the class availability in San Diego. We contacted the vendor Katie and she never called us back.

The class we went to had a very distracting fellow attendee. I mentioned this to the woman doing the "hypnosis" and nothing was said or done about it. I went in skeptical but open to it possibly being a real thing. In my opinion, this is a waste of time and I would hit the gym instead. It would have been more productive.

I think this is a hoax. There is no way to book anything on line in Escondido. I left voicemails that were never returned. Last time I called the voicemail didnt even work. AVOID!

Some great tips and information. The only thing I didn't like was the sales pitch in the middle of the class, specifically, purchases being made during the class. The purchases should have been at the end as it created waiting time for others. The instructor was good but unable to validate or explain some of her claims. For example, stating drinking half an ounce of grape juice before a meal was beneficial to curb hunger but when I asked for a scientific explanation the answer was "I don't know, it just works".
