I don't recommend this location for the following reasons. They don't follow through with their update as noted in their text notification. The manager doesn't seem to care about groupon customers. It was evident in his response to waiting 1hr and 45 minutes for an oil change to find out they hadn't even gotten to my car after having an appointment. I understand being behind but to hear a customer right before me with a same day call appointment, had the same service as me.l,got there service done in the estimate time made me upset. I waited patiently for 1 month for this appointment for it to take me 2 and half hours to be done. not ok.

They booked out over a month for oil change appointments. The Groupon only covered 5 quarts, and they wanted to charge $33 for the extra oil. They did allow us to go elsewhere to buy two quarts of oil ($24), but told us they wouldn't allow it next time. They did leave the remaining oil in the car in a bag, which was nice. They will charge another $5 for disposal and taxes. They said it would take an hour, and their text said they would text when done, but an hour and a half later, they did not text, and they did not respond to my text. I called, and they said it was done. Next time I will get an oil change at a place where I can get it sooner with no hidden charges in the fine print.
