Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We believe that each individual deserves an educational component to "why" they are executing a particular exercise. Giving the client the "why" allows them to see how the exercise translate over to daily life. Therefore motivating them to complete their exercise routine.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help individuals improve their overall health and gain the knowledge oh how to exercise properly.
