Newsha is wonderful! She helps you with your postures and gives you modifications if required. Very welcoming n friendly.

I signed up to get yoga lessons but what Newsha teaches is so much more. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and addresses areas where you need to improve, which in my case were hip and shoulder alignment. I was amazed by the range of exercises she provided (many were challenging 😊) as well as how she gently but firmly pushed me to perform, and in the end the results were great!

A little confusing with how the Groupon worked but I LOVED my first class and loved Newsha even more :)
