It helps to have some experience. I wouldn't recommend it to someone brand spankin' new to working out. But for those who at least know how to do a proper squat, this place is awesome!

At locations throughout the world, Lift Life Results' instructors share a common goal: to guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals through regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that integrate cardio with resistance training, strength training, and light alligator wrestling.
