Speed is top priority at The Great Room Escape San Diego, where themed rooms immerse groups of up to 12 in bizarre and spine-tingling predicaments. Teams must work together to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and find a way out—all before 60 minutes tick off the clock. Visitors can go up against:
The Forbidden Aztec Temple, that begins to crumble as groups unite to outsmart booby traps and solve mysteries left behind by past trapped explorers. The goal? Acquire the five Crystals of Venus before the sundial strikes one hour, and earn your freedom.
The Zombie Lab that was formerly used by Dr. Leitl, famed scientist and current zombie. Groups find themselves locked in with the chained zombie doctor, as the zombie's chain grows longer with each tick of the clock. By avoiding quarantine and solving the puzzles, groups can leave the undead physician behind and escape to a new day.
The Zombie Lab available through February 2018. Mad Lab: Resurrection opens March 2018.
- Houdini’s Hidden Workshop, where the grand master of illusion's soul is trapped, presents groups with a collection of puzzles, riddles, clues, and codes. Impress the greatest escape artist of all time and find a way out of the room he never could.
While guests can bring in all the smarts at their disposal, they can't bring any objects in with them, including cell phones and magic lamps.
