They cancelled my appointment an hour before it was supposed to start. I had already begun to head out of work to make it in time. The woman on the phone said I could still come in and use the credit on product. Drive all the way there to meet with another woman who says I can’t actually do that. After a ton of back and forth she gave me some gloss, which works okay. (That was nice of her, she didn’t have to do that.) Ultimately, there’s a reason why good salons charge a lot, and one of those reasons is reliability and customer service. I just let my credit go to waste because I ended up not wanting to bother trying to schedule a new appointment and wasn’t confident in the job they’d do.

I bought this Groupon for Madison Reed hair color to later find out I can’t use it because I am an existing customer. That is something that should have been noted before I purchased it, now what do I do?

I was not happy with new, untrained staff that took too long to color hair and not know what they were doing. Bad experience and very stressful when it should have been a relaxing, beauty treatment.

Waited 40 minutes before I was seated. I came 15 minutes early too...experience was fine but I did not like the wait. Self service sort of place. The gloss was excellent though!
