I purchased my groupon for PEOPLES Cafe last year hoping to use it back then but the Cafe back then had closed for the day. So come to present day I past the Cafe twice because I didn't realize the Cafe is now PEOPLES BISTRO! To my surprise it now changed their menu to delicious Chinese food! The food is excellent! We ordered West Lake Beef Soup, Pot Stickers, & Beef Chow Fun. Oh-So-Good!

I bought this couple of months ago because of the reviews and pictures of food and we went there this week just to find out it turned into a Chinese restaurant without a warning. So disappointed!
