When I recieved this email "would I recommend Be Fit Boot Camps" it was before I started with this group. Now I would say what's holding you back from coming. They coach everyone with 21 days of meal plans that you don't need to follow or purchase food but HIGHLY encouraged to eat healthy. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. There are all kinds of people there; if you need to loose 5 Lbs or 200 Lbs or just looking to maintain. I my self have joined and purchached the 6 week plan and stating the goal now to continue after that(by the end of this they BFBC will know who i am as they know my story). In the first week Oct 20-24, 2014 M-F I have lost 14 Lbs out of my goal of loosing 200 Lbs at Willow Glen HS (thank you Mike and staff for believing and encouraging me). You will get out what you put into it. With all the physical therapy sessions I have been to since Dec 2010 since my 6' ladder fall accident; this has yet been the best therapy. One thing to keep in mind is why you want to do this, what is your goal? Everybody can work at the own pace as well. Mine goal is to have a new life, being or starting at 385 Lbs there is not a whole lot I could do even with all the medical issues that come with being obiece. I am a husband of 10 yrs and father to 4 children under the age of 7. One thing I didn't put on my application of what is my reason for doing this, my 4 child being 7 month old is my one and only Baby Girl Beka of which I want to walk down the isle. Ok so that 35 year from now and no boys until then. Come and join us! Set that goal of Why and do it. I will see you there.

Workouts are good, however the instructors need to be more hands on. they never show you how to do an exercise or correct you. it wasn't worth the money they charge after the group on. I've been to other boot camps and they were much better.

really awesome trainers, very helpful and attentive. I had to modify my workout for a couple of days and they made sure I was able to still exercise without aggravating my sore muscle. they really keep you motivated as well with lots of encouragement.

Yes I would recommend Be Fit Boot Camps. They make you feel welcome, even as a short timer. They work just as hard with you as everyone else. And convince you that you are worth it.
