go as often as you can, take all their advice and have fun! try the workouts at home on days you can't make it.

The location we trained at did not have a public restroom. And one attendee brought brought a barking dog that barked the whole time, very distracting and annoying. They should be asked leave pets at home.

Once you go to orientation, your 3 or 6 week program begins. They will not extend it for any reason so make sure you are available the entire time.
