Make me wait for more than 1 hour even though I already make appointments. Then it took them only 15 mins to do everything: process paper, take x-ray and clean my teeth. Clearly, they did not care about the customer when using the groupon. Btw, I also heard the staff remind each other to change the gloves, which are kinda scary if they ever forgot to do that in the past

First the good part: I was taken in and seen right away. Now for the bad: They did x-rays first and I was told I had "a lot of cavities," including "two big ones". I was then given an exam and a supposed cleaning, which lasted all of maybe 5 minutes. I was told I would have to come back another time for a "deep cleaning." The dentist then wanted to schedule me to have fillings done on my supposed cavities. The whole experience just felt off. I decided to get a second opinion, so I went to see a different dentist (with decades of experience). She performed an exam and couldn't find ANY cavities. She then did an actual proper cleaning, with no "deep cleaning" necessary. If you're reading this review because the price on this deal seems too good to be true, then please, please trust your gut and run away from this dentist.

I got an x-ray, I got the exam and I got a cleaning. Apparently this office will sell you deep cleaning. She says I have tartar below the gum line and she won’t touch it unless I pay for it separately. I normally have real small tartar in my back molar and behind my front lower tooth, she took care of those. But I do know I don’t normally don’t have else where, but she says I do have tartars.
