Marked as redeemed but never got my RF facial and I can’t get a call back, can’t leave more messages as the mailbox is full and haven’t heard from the owner since mid December when there was an opening but I had a conflict. I don’t think you should be marking it as redeemed if you are so booked up you can’t return calls. I began trying to get an appt at the end of Oct but got no answ end ofNov

Danielle is the best. She is kind and explains what she is doing. I will definitely be buying more of these sessions.

This was a gift for my mother. First of all, my mother was confused that Google maps has led her to an apartment structure. After checking the address was correct, she asked the complex manager where she could find this business. Unsettled, the manager states that he has never heard of such a name. My mom eventually found it, had her first out of two massages from the groupon. When she tried to schedule the schedule one, the person, supposedly in charge of the business, kept re-scheduling her. The first time, my mom scheduled her second appointment a month or two in advance, and then a couple days before the date, the masseuse called to rescheduled my mom and assured her that she rarely rescheduled. This happened again after the first re-scheduled. Irritated, my mother did not want to go back. It is unfair to schedule another "important" business when the masseuse knew that there was a client on that date. If the masseuse had called her 2 or 3 weeks ahead, my mother would've been fine. To re-schedule last minute is not a good business ethic, especially when the business owner gave assurance that it rarely happens, but still did it again.
