Great energy, challenging dancing when compared to traditional Zumba. Did not appreciate the amount of hearing damage I got from one class- it is ear-splittingly loud. Also, the dancing is very Latin based, and every song is in Spanish. It would have been nice to have a little variety for those who do not speak Spanish.
