I went for the first time, and it was a little better than I expected. For others who have never been, here is a quick rundown if you go in for an 80-minute food and body massage with hot stones, like I did: it is not a high-end massage place. But it is nice inside. You will first lay down on some cushions in a common area, fully dressed. Because of reviews I read, I came dressed in exercise clothes - capri leggings and a tank top. While laying down with your knees bent, your feet will be put in nice warm water from a basket (yes, a basket), and they will cover you with towels (just so you don't feel so exposed? Maybe to keep you warm?). Then they will massage your scalp & arms. Next they remove your feet from the water and massage your feet and legs. After that, you are taken to a private room where you undress and lay face down where you are then given a body massage (back, arms, legs, feet). I had Cindy and she gave a pretty decent massage. Twice during the foot massage she disappeared for 4-5 minutes and once during the full-body for another 2-3 minutes (usually to get a warm damp towel, but why did it take so long?), so that time did add up and I felt like I missed out on about 12 minutes of the time I paid for. Overall, a "good" experience - felt pretty good and the employees were nice.

Would definitely come back here again, feel my muscle tension completely gone and they even have a flow chart to state what exactly you want!!!

Nice, clean and friendly place. Bought a session for my wife and went there myself to make sure to get a masseuse my wife would be happy with. We were both pleased with Rita; great technique with deep strokes and notably bending and stretching the knee correctly. My wife also liked the hot stones.
