A SCAM and Total waste of time! Booked an oil change, but on the day of my appointment they said it would take 8 hours and I had to drop off the car. The idiot guy with long hair working there seemed smug and clearly uninterested, almost like he wanted to drive customers away’

All good, but the alignment took all of 4 hours despite our appointment while we waited and walked around as they inspected many other things though I only wanted an alignment; some of the things were related to the alignment. Ok because the extra inspections were value added because it's useful to know about the other things my vehicle needed. Staff were professional and there was not much up-selling pressure, which I appreciated.
