Adam's Falconry Service, San Juan Capistrano

Adam's Falconry Service began as a way to use captive-bred and trained raptors for wild bird control. Of course, such a business model requires well-trained birds, and well-trained birds provide a unique opportunity for people to interact with the predators of the sky. During one-hour experiences, the master falconer and staff falconers help visitors learn more about falcons, hawks and owls. Take pictures and see the hunters in action, and have a hawk land on your gloved hand for a tidbit.
