Excellent ! Segway training was perfect and our guide Segale was amazing.

They called us the day before our scheduled tour to say we couldn't do the tour at the specified time because of staffing issues and recommended we come for the next scheduled tour. We showed up for the tour at the time they suggested and there was still no one available to give us a tour. To their credit they did call groupon to say we should be given a refund.
