Took over 4 1/2 hours for my alignment after being told only twenty minutes, then thirty minutes, then twenty more minutes. No one had a mask on either.

Asked for regular oil change using discount coupon. Meineke used synthetic oil stating the coupon was not accepted any longer.

They misaligned my tires and tried to sell me new tires before the alignment. One of my tires blew and because of the misalignment my warranty on my tires went void. So I had to replace all my tires because they messed up. Don't go here don't waste your time or money. Vanessa the woman who is tried to get a refund from was so disgustingly rude when I told her what happened. Don't waste your time.
