My second visit to this facility for Botox. Service during both visits are great; reception staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nice, clean ambience and hot tea at arrival. However, the second time, although I had just made the appointment the day prior, I was not informed until I checked in that they were out of Botox. Having driven far, I ended up with their suggested alternative- Dysport.

I really liked the gals there; they're great! But had MAJOR BRUISING that lasted a week. Ended up sporting a big ol black eye for my birthday 6 days after the treatment :-(. Ive had Botox many times before and never bruised... especially like that. I'm Bummed because I was really hoping this would be my new go to & referral spot for my friends and I. But now I'm scared to go back.
